We have collaborated with other contractors and custom clients coordinating all or specific parts of the construction process, such as: structuring transactions and consultation, land acquisition and planning, development, financing, architectural and interior design, construction management, and home sales.
Sage Concepts has an extensive inventory of highy-desirable infill building lots in North, West, East, and Downtown Asheville as well as numerous projects under construction, and in the planning phase at any given time.
All of our homes are certified by the NC Healthy Built Homes program administered by the Western North Carolina Green Building Council, and Sage Concepts LLC is extremely concerned with conscious development of the land and responsible construction of unique homes. We only disturb what is necessary for construction, reforest upon completion, and respect our planet by minimizing waste, using sustainable products, and providing people with homes that consume less energy to operate. These key priorities decrease our overall footprint.
