Sage Concepts is a unique company focused on responsible design, development and construction of homes that are innovative in their design, green built, and reasonably priced.

We have collaborated with other contractors and custom clients coordinating all or specific parts of the construction process such as: structuring transactions and consultation, land acquisition and planning, development, financing, architectural and interior design, construction management, and home sales.

Sage Concepts has an extensive inventory of highly desirable infill building lots in North, West, East, and Downtown Asheville as well as numerous projects under construction and in the planning phase at any given time.

About fifty percent of our business coming from custom clients, we are used to listening to people’s dreams and translating them into reality. Sage Concepts has provided many of our clients with turn key homes, overseeing everything from site selection, financing, design, and construction, however, we are equally exited to assist people in very specific aspects of this process.

All of our houses are certified by NC Healthy Built Homes and we are extremely concerned with: conscious development of the land- only disturbing what is necessary for construction and reforestation upon completion, respect for our planet- minimizing waste, using sustainable products, and providing people with homes that consume less energy to operate decreasing our overall footprint.
